Client FAQ

Innovative Debt Recovery, Inc. is a collection agency based out of Mesa, Arizona (part of the Phoenix metropolitan area). We have been in business serving client’s needs for third-party collections, skip tracing, and account receivables management since 2004. We are active in the credit union collection community. We frequently speak about collection approaches at seminars and are involved in the Arizona Credit Union Collectors Council as a board member. We are here to provide a great service to our clients and we treat every communication with a consumer as a chance to reach a resolution by being professional.

Whether you have many accounts or just one, we would like to speak with you about your collection needs. We will assess your information and provide an in-house solution, or refer you to someone who can help. We have a pretty unique portfolio and have used our creativity to collect in some interesting industries. We specialize in third-party collections for credit unions, but we have a staff that is trained to approach different industries. We have clients in medical, dental, commercial, judgment, property management, and non-profit.

Information security and adhering to regulations is a topic we are very involved in. We have a compliance manager on staff that handles consumer complaints and reviews calls. All of our calls are recorded and we have a process in place to manage consumer complaints that are verbal, written, or filed through our website. We want to make sure that each consumer is being treated fairly and ethically. We routinely perform internal audits to ensure we are meeting metrics set forth by our internal auditor and industry best practices. We are PCI compliant and take extra measures to ensure data integrity and security.

We have a secure FTP site that our clients can use to place business with our agency. We always use this as a solution because it meets security standards and protects consumers Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Once you become a client, we will provide login credentials for our FTP site that you can use to send us correspondence and submit files.

There are no upfront costs to do business with our agency. We do not get paid until we have a consumer start paying on a past-due account. We follow a traditional contingency fee structure. The fee for our services depends on many factors and we would like to speak with you about your specific situation so we can provide you with a free quote.

We onboard new clients quickly and get new accounts into our system right away. The collection process is dependent on a lot of different factors. To get a more specific response, please give us a call at (602) 248-9828 to discuss your particular collection needs.
